Carollyn McKinstry is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the State of California. She earned a Bachelors in Psychology and a Master’s in Professional Counseling at Olivet University in Illinois. Carollyn worked as a licensed counselor in Illinois before relocating to Ventura 7 years ago. Carollyn has over 20 years experience in both private and governmental sectors working with individuals with mental health, disabilities and victims of abuse. Carollyn has experience with all ages, children to elder adults, as well as with couples and families. Her broad range of experience has given her an unique understanding of individuals in many different stages of life. Carollyn has been trained to assist individuals going through life transitions and relationship issues. She has a compassionate yet solution focused approach.
